Return Policy – Brezza

Important Notice

Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Brezza, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated order processing system, purchases are processed and sent to our fulfillment center immediately after confirmation. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Important

All returns must first be requested and approved by our customer service team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (in case of damage or defects)

  • Your contact information

Once your request has been approved, you will receive all necessary instructions for returning the item.

 


 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in their original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Personal care products

  • Items showing signs of use

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The wrong variant or color was delivered due to our error

Shipping costs vary depending on the courier selected.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost during transit.

 


 

Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct delivery of the returned item to our facility.

Brezza is not responsible for:

  • Returns lost during transit

  • Delayed returns

  • Customs delays

Returns without a valid tracking number cannot be processed.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check:

  • Your bank account

  • Your credit card provider or payment provider

  • Your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item.

We will resolve the issue by either:

  • Sending a replacement product free of charge, or

  • Issuing a full refund

 


 

Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been worn

  • The product has been damaged by the customer

  • The return request was made more than 30 days after delivery

  • The product was returned without prior approval

 


 

No Hidden Fees

Brezza does not charge restocking fees, administrative fees, or any hidden costs on refunds.
